Presenter Registration $0
Presenters must be approved. Presenters are granted free entry.
Registration and Orientation
Registration will open at 12 noon on Friday July 31st.
Attendees are required to check in at the Registration Tent and register before setting up camp.
Orientation will begin at 7 pm on Friday July 31st.
The Orientation class is mandatory for all attendees and will cover essential information about the Temple Scarlet Retreat rules and guidelines, processes and policies, designated safe spaces, and more.
Restrictions and Identification
Temple Scarlet is an intense event appropriate for consenting adults only. No persons under the age of 21 will be allowed on site! Every attendee must provide a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE or STATE ID! Each person will be checked against the U.S. National Sex Offender list during registration.
Camping and Meals
Attendees are responsible for providing their own food, tenting, and other camp supplies. Temple Scarlet has reserved The Ridge area of the Gaea Retreat Center for our weekend event. To learn more about our location visit gaearetreat.org!
Attendees are expected to follow the rules, guidelines, and processes outlined on the Consent Policy page of this website. The Temple Scarlet event coordinator and members of the Temple Scarlet leadership team reserve the right to refuse entry, and/or to expel any persons from the event for any reason in order to maintain the safety and sacred focus of Temple Scarlet. Any persons expelled after the first day of the retreat will not be entitled to a refund.

About Vending at Temple Scarlet...
A portion of the camp will be set aside for vendor tents and those spaces within the designated area are first come first serve.
Vendors are encouraged to attend classes/events and may open and close their stall at any time.
Vendors must arrive with all the supplies they require including their own stalls and tents. There will not be extension cords or generators available for electricity.
Vendors have the right to politely decline service to any attendees at any time for their own reasons.
