DETOXIFYING MASCULINE CULTURE
How Each of Us Can Help heal the Cultural Illness Infecting ‘Manhood’
by Arcas EarthSoul (he/him)

Culture is often complex and resistant to change. But when a systemic cultural illness is diagnosed, it's up to culturally-conscious people to nudge the culture toward positive change. This workshop will simplify your understanding of culture, how it changes, and offer a toolbox of ways each of us can influence it. One of three workshops on detoxifying masculinity presented by Arcas EarthSoul which may be attended as a series or ala-carte.

RELIGIOUS TRAUMA GONE KINK
by Abi Wagner (any pronouns)

During this hour of self exploration, we will dive into religious trauma and why so many of us former cult kids are drawn to the world of kink. There is something sweet about taking back the power that is stripped away when we get locked in any form of religion. We will be doing partnered communication exercises where you'll be challenged to retrain some programming that is deeply instilled with modern religion, free will. Mainly our freedom to say "No." Come inoculate yourself.

IMPACT PLAY 101

TOWARD A NEW PARADIGM OF MASCULINITY
Discovering New, Healthy Archetypes of What It Means ‘To Be a Man’
by Kevin Arcas EarthSoul (he/him)

While it's relatively easy to point out what we don't like in the cultural concept of masculinity, it's important to have a concept of what healthy masculinity looks like. In this workshop, we will first identify traits and behaviors which we feel exemplify healthy masculinity and then use guided meditation to meet and/or embody that personal ideal, while remaining open to the idea of many different--but still valid-- archetypes. One of three workshops on detoxifying masculinity presented by Arcas EarthSoul which may be attended as a series or ala-carte.
